CHECK-IN

Check-out: 10:00 am
Check-in: 14:00 - 18:00. Please inform us in case of late arrival.
If we are not at home, we will leave your key.

BREAKFAST

Start Your Day Relaxed with Our Breakfast Trolley Service:Freshly prepared every day, you will receive a delicious selection of fresh bread rolls, various cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, fruit, and a hot beverage of your choice—delivered straight to your room.Simply order your breakfast trolley at the reception by 5 PM the day before.We are happy to accommodate your individual preferences and allergies.This way, you can fully enjoy your vacation.

FAMILY TIME ON SUNDAY

On the first day of the week, we dedicate our time entirely to family. For this reason, there will be no room cleaning on Sundays, and our breakfast service will be on pause.Thank you for your understanding.

PRICE

The daily rate is €50 per person without breakfast.

Children under 2 years stay for free, while the daily rate for children aged 2 to 12 years is €35.

The local tax is €2.40 per person per day for guests aged 14 and older.

PETS

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, pets are not allowed in our house.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. We recommend taking out travel insurance.However, we grant you a right of cancellation under the following conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
Up to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
Up to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount
Up to 7 days before arrival, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total amount
The deposit will be retained in any case.
